How It Works

At The Start Of The Day

  • Cielo shows housekeepers a snapshot of their daily responsibilities, critical information to be aware of, and department goals.
  • Housekeepers also receive room assignments in real-time via our two-way integration with your hotel’s property management system.

While Working

  • Housekeepers are able to communicate needed supplies, complete guest requests, and report maintenance issues.
  • As tasks are completed, Cielo displays them as done on the housekeeper’s list, updates the rest of the hotel staff, and collects data about each housekeepers’ progress.

At The End Of The Day

  • Housekeeping can review their day and ensure that all of their tasks have been completed.
  • Cielo displays operational statistics on each of the housekeepers’ homescreens in the form of a built-in incentive program.
